Curriculum
INGENIUM SCHOOL offers four levels of Pre School as follows:
Nursery — 2.5 to 3.5 years old by June
Kinder 1 — 3.5 to 4.5 years old by June
Kinder 2 — 4.5 to 5.5 years old by June
Prep — 5.5 to 6.5 years old by June.
It offers seven levels of Grade School starting at age 6.5. It will subsequently offer four or five years of High School depending on the decision of the new Philippine government to increase the number of years of basic education needed to meet global standards.
The INGENIUM curriculum strives for a balanced approach towards achieving the self-esteem, literacy and national development goals of its basic education program. While it hews closely to the requirements of the Revised Basic Education Curriculum (RBEC) and Minimum Learning Competencies of the Department of Education, it refers to the programs and curricula of other countries such as the United Kingdom, the US, and Singapore for ideas and materials with which to broaden and enrich the Philippine Curriculum. In School Year 2010-2011 INGENIUM adopts the Singapore curricula for Maths, Science and English to conform more closely with global standards.
